Mr. Madhukar kant Mishra heading the Finance Department of Navodit Foundation. He has over 14 years of rich experience in the field of Finance Management.

Mr. Madhukar Oversees the company's financial strategy, Including planing, Risk Management, Performance Reporting and Investors Relation at Navodit Foundation. He Holds a graduation degree in commerce from BHU & Post graduation from Mahatma Kashi Vidyapeeth.

Mr. Madhukar started his career in 2009 with HDFC Bank Ltd. as an Branch Manager. He later has worked with IDFC first bank in the retail Branch Banking Department as a Sr. Task Manager. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong financial accounting experience, Cash Management, Investors Relations. Strong experience of driving & delivering long term business impact for organizations through Financial Controls and Strategic Business Partnerships that lead to tangible saving on Time, Cost, Manpower as well as Improving Cash Flows & Accuracy in forecasting variances.

Ms. Shweta Singh is a certified Advocate with All India Bar Councils with a robust background in Corporate and solid foundation in human resources and legal compliance, virtuoso in corporate legal and company policy with HR Payroll, she's also a Company Secretary finalist. Prior to joining the Company, she worked as a HR & Legal Manager in Design House India Pvt.Ltd. over 6 years of specialized experience in Legal & HR she is poised to contribute significantly to Navodit Foundation's mission, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational efficiency.

With over 8 years of experience in the finance sector, Mr. Shashank Pathak joined Navodit Foundation as the IT Manager, bringing a remarkable career that began as an Executive at Mitrata Finance and advanced through roles such as Senior Executive at Akasha Finance and Assistant Manager at Cashtree Finance, before returning to Mitrata as a Deputy Manager, where he successfully lead the IT & MIS team. His extensive knowledge of the MFI and NBFC sectors enhances his ability to leverage technology, drive innovation, and improve user experiences. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a strong advocate for continuous learning, enjoying the opportunity to mentor junior team members and stay abreast of industry trends, making him a vital asset to Navodit Foundation.

Mr. Saurabh Singh, Assistant Vice President –JLG & MSME Operation at Navodit Foundation, brings over 12 years of rich experience in the microfinance sector. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, managing operations, business development, and team leadership across multiple regions, including Rajasthan, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh. Currently overseeing operations in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar at Navodit Foundation, Mr. Singh plays a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the organization's mission of financial empowerment and inclusion.

Prior to joining the Company, she worked as a deputy manager Compliance in InCred Financial. She also worked in Mitrata Inclusive Financial Services Private Limited and Prayas Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Bringing over 7 years of specialized experience in NBFC compliance she is poised to contribute significantly to Navodit Foundation's mission, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational efficiency.

Mr. Ranjeet Kumar is currently holding the position in Internal Audit Department of our organization. He holds a Master Degree from Awadh University Faizabad, and has over 10+ years’ experience of Banking and MFI’s. He has previously worked at Ujala Co-operative society as a State Head, Utkarsh small Finance Bank as a Manager Audit, Share Microfin Limited as a Asst. Branch Manager, Sindhuja Microcredit Limited as a Area Manager, and he has joined Navodit Foundation in July 2022.
