Prior to joining the Company, she worked as a HR & Legal Manager in Design House India Pvt.Ltd. over 6 years of specialized experience in Legal & HR she is poised to contribute significantly to Navodit Foundation's mission, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational efficiency.

Mr Praveen Kumar Dwivedi (Chief Manager IT)

Mr. Praveen Kumar Dwivedi boasts more than a decade of invaluable 10+ years experience in steering IT functions for prominent financial institutions, including Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. His dynamic leadership has been pivotal in crafting and executing IT strategies, fostering seamless integration of business operations through robust IT networks, ensuring the enhancement and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, safeguarding IT databases with a focus on security and administration, and optimizing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT resources. Mr.Shashank Pathak (IT MANAGER)

With over 8 years of experience in the finance sector, Mr. Shashank Pathak joined Navodit Foundation as the IT Manager, bringing a remarkable career that began as an Executive at Mitrata Finance and advanced through roles such as Senior Executive at Akasha Finance and Assistant Manager at Cashtree Finance, before returning to Mitrata as a Deputy Manager, where he successfully lead the IT & MIS team. His extensive knowledge of the MFI and NBFC sectors enhances his ability to leverage technology, drive innovation, and improve user experiences. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a strong advocate for continuous learning, enjoying the opportunity to mentor junior team members and stay abreast of industry trends, making him a vital asset to Navodit Foundation.

Mr. Saurabh Singh (AVP - JLG & MSME Operation)

Mr. Saurabh Singh, Assistant Vice President –JLG & MSME Operation at Navodit Foundation, brings over 12 years of rich experience in the microfinance sector. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles, managing operations, business development, and team leadership across multiple regions, including Rajasthan, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh. Currently overseeing operations in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar at Navodit Foundation, Mr. Singh plays a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the organization's mission of financial empowerment and inclusion.

Mr. Vijay Shankar Tiwari (AVP MSME)

Mr. Vijay Shankar Tiwari, our AVP - MSME, is a distinguished professional with over 15 years of experience in rural livelihoods and rural lending development finance. His career journey is marked by impactful roles in Banking, NBFC, and Microfinance, specializing in both secured and unsecured business loans. Vijay's expertise has been honed through his contributions at renowned institutions like Axis Bank, L&T Finance, Bharat Finance LTD, Jana Small Finance Bank, and Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.

Mr. Vijay’s deepextensive experience and unwavering dedication& commitment to finance and rural development is truly inspiring. His areas of passion include Audit, Microfinance, Rural Finance, livelihoods, micro enterprises, and financial inclusion.

Mrs. Ritika Agarwal (Compliance Officer)

Mrs. Ritika Agarwal is a certified Company Secretary with a robust background in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), adept in regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining the Company, she worked as a deputy manager Compliance in InCred Financial. She also worked in Mitrata Inclusive Financial Services Private Limited and Prayas Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Bringing over 7 years of specialized experience in NBFC compliance she is poised to contribute significantly to Navodit Foundation's mission, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational efficiency.

Mr. Ranjeet Kumar (Chief Manager Audit)

Mr. Ranjeet Kumar is currently holding the position in Internal Audit Department of our organization. He holds a Master Degree from Awadh University Faizabad, and has over 10+ years’ experience of Banking and MFI’s. He has previously worked at Ujala Co-operative society as a State Head, Utkarsh small Finance Bank as a Manager Audit, Share Microfin Limited as a Asst. Branch Manager, Sindhuja Microcredit Limited as a Area Manager, and he has joined Navodit Foundation in July 2022.

Mr. Alok Kumar Shukla (Manager Admin)

Mr. Alok Kumar Shukla is currently holding the position in Admin Department of our organization. He holds a Master Degree in Business Management from BBDNITM Lucknow, and has over 5+ years’ experience of Banking. He has previously worked at Indusind Bank in Finance Division, AU Small Finance Bank as a Cashier, Axis Bank as Customer Service Manager, ICICI Bank as a Deputy Manager and hehas joined Navodit Foundation in July 2022.

Mr. Pritam Kumar (Manager Credit, Risk & SPM)

Mr. Pritam Kumar, our Credit, Risk & SPM Manager, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Navodit Foundation. He began his career as a Total Quality Manager at HDFC-SLI, then moved to ICICI where he excelled as a Senior Officer in Retail Banking, eventually being promoted to Assistant Manager and serving as Backup Deputy Branch Manager. Following his tenure at ICICI, Pritam joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank as Deputy Branch Manager in Retail Banking.
